1. No Returns or Change of Mind

Bio Hair does not accept returns or exchanges for any products purchased through our Website.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, dissatisfaction with results, or where you no longer require the product.

This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:

  • Supplements

  • Laser hair regrowth helmets

  • Bundles, promotions, and discounted items

 

2. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds once an order has been placed and processed, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.


3. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Guarantees
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under the ACL, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in your claim being declined.


5. Non-Returnable Items for Hygiene and Safety Reasons

Due to health, hygiene, and safety considerations, Bio Hair products cannot be returned once opened or used. This includes supplements and wearable devices such as laser helmets.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.
